Administrative History	An ancient parish church, originally serving the township of Darnhall, and parts of Marton [nr. Winsford], Over and Weaverham cum Milton. In 1971 the parish was united with Little Budworth. For later records, see also Little Budworth, Over St. Chad, Over St. John, and Sandiway parishes.
